At Springboard we conducted research that established the single most important factor for individuals to decide upon the right career for them was through Work Experience. Therefore a core element to the IntoWork Programmes model is work placements.

Likewise employers are looking for a chance to meet outstanding candidates and understand if they are suitable for their business whilst the candidates establish if the environment works for them. A work placement supported by Springboard’s INSPIRE standard offers candidates the chance to gain valuable experience within the workplace. All the programmes within IntoWork offer a 2 week work placement
